FIELDWATER is assessing Project Zero opportunities in Malawi, Lesotho, and Madagascar with a $25,000 founder and PÛR field-work commitment within a $50,000 total Project Zero goal. Public giving is closed while sites and funding needs are assessed. The field record will show what was needed, what was done, and what happened afterward.
That first record needs more than a completion photograph. It needs the initial condition, the repair decision, the costs, testing, and an honest account of what still needs attention.

More than one possibility.
Project Zero has a $25,000 committed field-work minimum toward a $50,000 current total goal. Founding-partner commitments can extend the assessed field scope; further work may follow if that goal is met. Several suitable smaller repairs may achieve more than one large intervention. Spending the full amount is not the goal.
The scope will follow assessment, practical delivery constraints, and the strength of each opportunity. No sites or outcomes are being announced before that work is done.
